1:1 Sessions
All of our journies are different, therefore so should our support. Sessions will be focused on the outcome of the assessment call , but can be altered to individual need observed through out intervention.

SEN Specialism
Every child/family is different in which support should be too, intervention can be altered around need.
In which advocacy, strategy work, groups/workshops can be developed for agencies or individuals to support to offer a whole rounded approach.
This is the space to introduce the Services section. Briefly describe the types of services offered and highlight any special benefits or features.
Animal Assisted Therapy

Lifestory work allows a unique perspective to 1:1 sessions, it takes us through a journey to exploring our past and roots. This doesn't define us, however can allow growth in understanding root causes of experiences that may not have been resolved earlier in life. This allows experiences to be explored and recognition for the individual along with looking at coping strategies moving forward.

Kirstie has been supporting my daughter (15) for a while now, who struggles with ADHD and anxiety. I have tried numerous services and therapists, and none have formed a connection to enable effective engagement. Within 2 weeks my daughter was opening up (this has never happened before). Kirsties' methods are individualised - this is absolutely clear, and is exemplified by how quick my daughter opened up. After multiple years of what felt like hopelessness, we can see light at the end of the tunnel. I can't thank Lunarmind's service enough! I would recommend to anyone who's child is struggling!

My daughter has been having a weekly session with Kirstie, which she enjoys and often seeks this out leading up to the day she meets up with her. In the beginning Kirstie initially spent a few weeks taking her out on local walks with our family dog and sometimes Daisy (Rachel's therapy dog from Sam's Superheroes) who is lovely.
The walks gave her the chance to express how she was feeling, build up trust and was a good opportunity for them to get to know one another. As her sessions have progressed, Kirstie provided a platform where she felt safe and encouraged her to recognise and regulate her thoughts and feelings.
